Location of the property was excellent and facilities were also excellent. small drawback was the loud music in the bar as we were eating. Food in the bar was only fair, I would not eat there again.

Enjoyable stay

Pros: Location, excellent rooms & Food in the bar was excellent
Cons: N/A
Location: Great location, very central to train station and shopping areas.
Overall it was a very enjoyable stay, however because it was an internal room and unable to open a window it was very warm.

Not a good experience

Pros: It is in an ideal position, the restaurant and bar are good.
Cons: The reception staff could be better trained. the quality of the food .
We booked a superior room and were given a room with a very hard bed , we were then given a room on the 4th.floor , before the receptionest would give me the keys she insisted ,I had to bring my wife , and our luggage back to reception from the 2nd. floor. This room 434 could not be classed as superior. On our 2nd. night I had a toasted sandwich , there was just ham in it and in my opinion the ham was gone off. I was up that night getting sick.

1 night stay

Hotel looked great, dinner was great but the service was very slow bring out the food. The bedrooms looked great until you had a good look around, there were horrible stains on the sides of both beds in the twin room and the in the bathroom the shower head holder was broken. As it was for one night only it did the job.

Romàntic weekend

T'he hotel is very good located. Rooms are spacious and are cleaned and cosy. The shower was nothing special and was also half broken. The hotel is really nice, has a kudos restaurant next to the big lobby and 3 separate desks for check ins. The style is modern and comforting. I would have loved the swimming pool to be just for hotel guests or at least opened after 9-9.30pm to enjoy a bath before going to sleep.
