Comfortable little B&B

Pros: Quiet location, comfortable room, helpful host.
Location: There is easy access to all parts of Cornwall with St Austell being the nearest main town which has restaurants, a cinema, shopping centre, etc.
We stayed here for a couple of days in February. The B&B is in a quiet side road and is centrally located for visiting all areas of Cornwall. The room was very clean and comfy and Ian was very accommodating in every way (even heating up some plates for us when we got a take-away meal). The only reason for giving a 4 for hotel facilities was the fact that the bathroom was at the end of the corridor away from our room. The reason for choosing this room rather than the room with en-suite facilities was that my husband prefers a bath to a shower which was provided in the en-suite room. The bathroom was lovely with a corner bath and a separate shower cubicle. There was plenty of hot water and there were complimentary toiletries and bathrobes provided. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choice - cereals, fruit, toast as well as the cooked option. Overall a good choice of place to stay!
