Chère Christine, Nous vous remercions d'avoir pris le temps de nous écrire suite à votre séjour. Nous vous remercions pour cette belle note et nous sommes ravis de constater que vous avez passé un agréable moment. Nous sommes cependant navrés de constater que la crème hydratante était manquante, il ne fallait pas hésiter à la demander à la réception ou bien au personnel des étages. Concernant les peignoirs, ils sont donnés sur demande pour certaines catégories de chambre. Nous vous conseillons donc une chambre Premium pour votre prochain séjour afin d'avoir les peignoirs à disposition en chambre. Nous espérons vous revoir très prochainement.
