pleasantly surprised on quality and how quiet. Towels and bath mat top quality cotton / linen, similarly bed linen good, everything worked okay, good hairdryer. of course its a motel so the motorway services station is right there next door, no breakfasts or food served by Days Inn. some of the tv channels didnt work and channel numbers werent in sync with freesat (say). no bath only excellent shower plenty hot water, otherwise all ok

Not for me

Pros: Staff
Cons: This is not set up for improvement, so in future I'll stay elsewhere.
Location: 15 mins from NEC
Advertises bathroom but only has showers. I found the bed very uncomfortable. I will not be staying there again. Staff very pleasant and courteous, but not a flexible facility - could not change a double to twin.

Good hotel for stopover

Pros: Nearness to services, good price , clean room.
We stopped here on the 23rd Dec with our dog and got a very nice room on the ground floor near to the door.The car was parked just outside and it was easy to get a good selection of food from the services next door.

Can't complain for the price

Location: 10 minutes drive to the NEC
Good price, clean, nice shower. Bed a bit uncomfortable and could do with more than pillow each. Also we didn't have a remote for the TVs , wasn't sure if that was standard. Sofa was ok for our 5 year old but it is at floor level. Good tip is on checkout if you are going southbound they will tell you an easier way out other than 12 mile detour via next junction.
