Great hotel for business occasions.

Pros: Comfortable bed, clean room, efficient check-in / check-out.
Cons: Social area / bar. Was a bit basic!
Very clean room and bathroom, with a clean and comfortable bed. I stayed here for 3 nights whilst on business and can't complain!

Perfect last minute booking

We needed somewhere cheap to stay at the last minute (booked and arrived within 40 minutes) the room was very big, very clean and very comfortable! The staff were helpful and welcoming. Plenty of parking spaces. Lovely outside area to enjoy the sunshine. All around brilliant experience. We will definitely use them again and recommend others to do the same

Short stay

My stay at the hotel was not a great experience. We had a cold room and tried to put the radiator on as we had no other heating control. We couldn't so we called reception. We were told that the heating gets switched off at this time of year. This wasn't ideal as our room was below room temperature. The service given was brilliant it just wasn't an ideal situation as our main light in the room was also flickering

Nice Hotel... Rubbish WIFI

Room was nice, clean, as was the bathroom. Only gripe was the WIFI, so slow and intermittent...

A real Quality Hotel

The hotel wasd a breath of fresh air after staying in other hotels in the Birmingham area. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were spacious and clean, the bar was very good. The Hotel is ideal for Birmingham airport and the NEC. Thoroughly recommended.

Decent Budget Hotel

Clean room, comfortable bed, good shower. Just what you need in a good budget hotel. Only notable downside was the disappointing choice of beer in the bar at the end of a long day.
