Margarita pizza £17 ! How ridiculous! Hotel restaurant was so expensive no wonder it was very quiet.. the hotel is in the middle of no where car parking a little expensive for where it is . Wouldn’t stay there again .

Great night sleep

Pros: Haven't stayed in a Holiday Inn in ages, but I was surprised how much they changed. The room was to a very high standard and the staff was nice. Good Location for Gatwick Airport
Cons: Car parking. The fact I needed to pay £10 for parking for the night I wasn't impressed as this should be really included in the cost of the room price as its paying customer. And when got to car park anyway the barrier was even open which I was very furstrated. about

Better than I thought it would be

Lovely attentive staff. Room.was wonderful. The only problem was the ridiculously long walk from the elevator to any of the rooms. That is the longest walk we have ever had in a Hotel .Had my elderly mother been with us she would not have been able to make it. What was the Hotel thinking??!.Food in the restaurant was good and breakfast was excellent. Make sure you allow for parking, w ifi and breakfast costs in your room allowance. Everything is charged separately. A package is offered for the cost of all 3 of the above and is the best deal. A good deal in fact. The hotel bus is also a little expensive.Drive from main road to Hotel is also a little extensive but once there you can bunk down and enjoy.
