Thank you for staying here at the Ibis Gatwick and taking the time to post your feedback. Depending on the time of day you travel the shuttle bus can reach the airport terminal in 12 minutes. If guests take a taxi then the airport can be reached in less time.

Thank you for your feedback. It is disappointing that you chose to post your feedback here rather than directly with the hotel in the first instance, however, I appreciate the opportunity to address some of your points. First of all it is very unusual for us to get feedback stating that our beds are uncomfortable so we will have to accept this as a matter of opinion. Undrinkable tap water, I'm really not sure what we are expected to do about this but please note we sell mineral water at the bar. This is the first time since I joined the hotel that a guest has pointed out that we have undrinkable tap water. Please note there is a good size waste bin in the bathroom. You have also mentioned unhelpful staff but have failed to elaborate further so I am unsure how to respond to this but please feel free to contact me as I would be happy to discuss further. Thank you for staying at the Ibis Gatwick and I'm sorry to read you did not have a comfortable stay with us.
