Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry you felt we were understaffed during dinner service, this is an unusual occurrence that I have asked our Restaurant Manager to look into. Our Leisure Centre has children's swim times advertised so we do allow children down in the swimming pool at selected times, I'm sorry that you were unhappy with this. Unfortunately due to Health and Safety, this was a matter that was unavoidable.
