The hotel is 2refreshing change from your corporate hotels and typical b&bs. It is a happy medium between both with comfort and a personal touch you would not get in likes of Maldron etc. Although their policy is 3pm check in I telephoned ahead couple of days before arrival and spoke to Paula who was extremely pleasant on the phone and asked was it possibly for early check in and she said she would try her best to accommodate us and upon arrival not only wa7s the room ready but Paula herself was an excellent front of house employee who was just as nice in person and always greeted us with a smile and asked was everything okay. That makes a huge difference and being onl6only approx 1.2 miles is an excellent choice for travellers for service price and food which was also extremely good

Ok experience

Pros: Staff service amazing and food always good
Cons: Rooms need slight better attention to detail and no I know little thing but only one biscuit with tea in room while 2 persons staying
Location: Was stay for 1 night before early morning flight so good location
As before when stayed staff are great but this stay slightly disappointing door kept sticking and need to get staff to open each time and curtains didn't closed correctly light shone through at night, but must say this is a one time thing as in past stay been great

Great hotel close to airport

The hotel is lovely and very close to Belfast International Airport but is not easily accessible on public transport which they don't make clear on their website. It's also ridiculous that the taxi firm charges you £9 to go a mile down the road to the airport!! They really should make this clear to people on their website.

Very Noisy

Pros: Staff
Cons: told during booking or on the website about the noise
Everything was great except the noise. The room was very noisy because of single glazing and it is facing the main road with cars/heavy vehicles running all night, we could not sleep at night. Will never recommend the traditional rooms to anyone, not even my enemies.
