What friendly staff. The staff go above and beyond. The guy at reception- sorry I didn’t take his name went out of his way to help. Thank you. We swapped rooms to a room with a balcony. There was noise from the adjoining showers. The room we moved to was a little tired but lovely views and it was our choice to move so that we could sit outside. A great breakfast and friendly gym staff too.

During COVID lockdown the room service evening meal was excellent, the breakfast in a bag was very poor for the £20 charged.

We are two friends, we stayed here for one night on 7 December. Would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff and facilities are great.
