Die Lage ist zentral. Das Zimmer ist prima eingerichtet und verfügt dazu noch über einen Balkon. Die Tiefgarage haben wir sehr geschätzt und ebenfalls der Lift. Es war uns wohler als am nächsten Tag noch weitere Gäste im Haus waren. Vorher hat es sich sehr eigenartig angefühlt.... Das Frühstück war gut und für uns sehr praktisch.

Wir waren in dem grossen Hotel die einzigen Gäste. Es fühlte sich unheimlich an, gruselig, klamm. Der Frühstückraum war im Keller, klamm, kalt, unfreundlich. Wlan funktionierte nicht. Als wir um 1530 ankamen war eine Oeltanklieferung angesagt und es gab kein warmes Wasser, also keine Dusche. Kein Hotel, das wir wieder buchen würden.

An diesem Tag hatten wir tatsächlich eine kleine Panne mit dem Öl, welche jedoch umgehend behoben wurde. Wir möchten uns bei Ihnen entschuldigen, dass Sie deshalb für eine kurze Zeit kein warmes Wasser hatten. Das Wi-Fi wurde überprüft und sollte fehlerfrei funktionieren nach Eingabe der Logindaten. Zudem bedauern wir sehr, dass Sie sich nicht wohl fühlten, da das Hotel in der Zwischensaison weniger Gäste verzeichnet. Sehr gerne nehmen wir auch eine ausführlichere Rückmeldung per E-Mail entgegen, um uns noch weiter verbessern zu können. Wir würden uns sehr freuen, wenn Sie uns eine zweite Chance geben und wir Sie bei einem weiteren Aufenthalt von unserer Qualität und Gastfreundschaft überzeugen könnten.
