Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I apologise you did not find the signage very clear I shall make sure this is looked further into. We do have a doorbell at the entrance of the building which notifies our receptionist who would then come down to greet our guests. During the seasons where the wind picks up salt from the sea can stick to the windows due to our location being right on the seafront but I can assure you that they are cleaned regularly and shall also pass this onto maintenance. I am pleased to hear you enjoyed your stay with us in the Goodwin Suite and do hope to welcome you back in the near future.
