Large hotel Slighty dated and tired in some of the public areas. Room was large and very clean Would stay here again, due to easy access to airport. Nothing of interest in the area, but choose because of access to airport. Staff helpful and courteous Personally i would rate as a 4 star, not 5.

Nice Hotel close to the airport

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Not truly 5 star but the service is 5 Star. Bit far from Central Delhi but worth the money and would stay again. Food in the restaurant was also up to a decent standard. Staff are friendly, polite and professional. Anjali on reception was extremely helpful.

Nice Hotel, great ambience and good food.

We had a nice stay at the hotel. The staff were very cooperative. Rooms are very spacious and well maintained. Value for money and can recommend to my friends. Can reach the Airport within 30 mnts.

Good hotel near airport in quiet location

Pros: Efficient service provided.
Cons: Breakfast starts at 7 am. It's an airport hotel. Please change the timings, day starts earlier for travelers.
Location: A small mall and metro nearby.
If you like quiet location, good hotel to recharge your self after long journeys. Rooms are big and clean. Breakfast has bigger choice.

Location: near the airport
After long flight, the driver was late in picking us up,nobody answered the phone call,but eventually somebody came to pick us up.on arrival at the hotel,informed about early check in which i had phoned them before,and staff said they will do something,but nothing happened,at 12 pm i had to see somebody,aproximatly 4pm we checked in, was not happy with the room. The room was not cleaned so we asked the manager to come and see for himself. we were moved to another room.On returned trip we went to the same hotel which was already booked,they upgraded our room, but on that room telephone was not working, as we could not ring and had to bring our luggage our self. It was terrible start of our holiday. on web side they advertise mini bar, no rooms had anything in it

Excellent customer service provided by staff.

Pros: Newly built hotel. Nice quite location. Close to mall and metro. Full of different varieties breakfast ( please keep chilly away separate on Indian breakfast).
Cons: Too many greetings and salute when you moving in or out.
Location: A small mall next door. Close to international airport. It's bit far from central Delhi.

komfortables Stadthotel, kein Flughafenhotel

Pros: Die Zimmer waren sehr komfortabel
Cons: Es ist zu kalt im Restaurant und Frühstücksbereich im Eingangsbereich.. Zu laute Musik beim Essen im Restaurant mit angeschlossener Bar.
Location: Das Hotel ist bei rush hour erst in 1 Std vom Flughafen aus zu erreichen. Es liegt in New Delhi, ein Shopping Center war gleich anbei.
das Hotel ist bei rush hour doch erst in 1 Std. vom Flughafen aus zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut und sauber. Das Hotelteam war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Lokal im Eingangsbereich ist allerdings sehr kalt und ungemütlich. Das Frühstück dort bot aber eine mehr als ausreichende Auswahl an Getränken und Speisen. Das Restaurant zum Abendessen mit angeschlossener Bar ist sehr teuer mit sehr lauter Musik, was zum Essen sehr unangenehm war.

I chose this hotel for its short distance to the airport.transfer still took 30 mins so it was not as close as expected. Rooms were ok for one night.
