Dear Tabbers, Thank you for sharing your experience during your stay at Mercure Resort Sanur. We delighted to know that you have a pleasant stay with us. Knowing that you were enjoyed our location and garden is truly delight us. We take note on your concern of bathrooms, we would like to share that we do continually work on improvements to the Resort. We should have replaced all of the older mosaic shower tiles which gave old impression in the room. Now we put our efforts to repaint all of our guest room interiors and replacing all grouting for rooms that require it. I believe this will enhance our guest experience in our guestroom. With regards of beach cleanliness it has been share with our Housekeeping Manager for further action. Thank you again for sharing your experience and we looking forward to welcoming you back again. Dear Meli, Thank you for sharing your experience during your stay at Mercure Resort Sanur. We regret to know that your experience did not meet your expectation. With regards of room condition, we pleased to inform that we do continually work on improvements to the Resort, though acknowledge until a full Refurbishment occurs some elements of interior design will be in the same style. Though having said this, our extensive internal maintenance programs is drawing in to a completion and we should have replaced older mosaic tiles in 52 rooms which look very dated and are hard to maintain. This project is already 43 rooms completed. We have also changed nearly 1/5 of the Resorts bedrooms’ tiles over the last few months and more are being completed now. We are working diligently to do the best we can prior to Resort Owner’s approval for refurbishment. Once again, your feedback is truly appreciated as it greatly supports us to serve better. In accordance with local regulations, all visitors must remain within the property during Seclusion Day (Nyepi)/Hindu New Year for a 24-hour period (starting at 6 AM). Seclusion Day typically falls in March or April (dates subject to change each year). Check-in and check-out will not be possible on that date. Ngurah Rai Airport (Bali International Airport) is also closed on Seclusion Day.
