Guests must arrange transfers (surcharge) from Male International Airport to the property, which is 45 away via seaplane. To guarantee transfers, guests must contact the property with their flight details at least 72 hours before their expected arrival to provide their flight numbers and full names of all guests. Contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking. Daily transfer service is offered by Trans Maldivian Airways (TMA) between 6 AM and 6 PM. Guests arriving on international flights must check-in at the TMA seaplane counter in the international terminal before 4 PM. Guests arriving after 4 PM are advised to book a local hotel room in Male. Seaplane transfer fees must be paid in full before boarding the flight.
Airline policy requires passengers to check in at the airport at least 2 hours before flight time. Guests should book international flights from Male after 9 AM to ensure seaplane connections. The last seaplane departure from Vilu Reef is 3 PM.
