Excellent location right next to a secure car park in the centre of the city. Staff were friendly and helpful Unfortunately there was a strange smell of petrol outside my room, and it was so hot in the room itself that it was impossible to sleep. Opening the window was not appropriate as it was a rainy windy night in February. There was an air conditioning thermostat but it did not work. The room itself was clean and basic

Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your experience in our establishment. You happened to have come to our establishment the week during which we filled our fuel tanks, and we are truly sorry for the inconvenience. As for the air conditionning, they are currently configurated to produce only heat during winter months, thus, you could not use it to cool the room. However, our hotel is getting renovated this year in order to improve our guests' experiences. We would gladly see you again in one of our brand new rooms! Sincerely,

L'hôtel est très très bien situé dans un endroit calme ! mais les chambres auraient vraiment besoin d'une rénovation, le tour de la baignoire était tout moisi et il y avait une très mauvaise odeur sur le palier... Sinon le petit déjeuner était vraiment très bon, avec du jus d'orange frais !

Location: Das Hotel ist super gelegen. Mitten im Zentrum und doch ruhig.
Schönes Hotel, guter Service. Das Frühstücks-Buffet ist nicht ganz so toll. Aber alles in allem tiptop.
