Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your experience in our establishment. You happened to have come to our establishment the week during which we filled our fuel tanks, and we are truly sorry for the inconvenience. As for the air conditionning, they are currently configurated to produce only heat during winter months, thus, you could not use it to cool the room. However, our hotel is getting renovated this year in order to improve our guests' experiences. We would gladly see you again in one of our brand new rooms! Sincerely,
