"This is a superbe hotel, prime location, exceptionally taken care of, clean, excellent food (breakfast, bar and restaurant), and by far the most important sensational friendly and helpful staff. They helped in tracking down our long delayed and lost luggage at Vienna airport. We could see where it was (air-tag) but the airport denied having it. The staff at Steigenberger made work of it, and it was delivered. Amazing!!"
