Städtetrip

Das Hotel ist ein wenig ausserhalb der Stadt. Zu Fuss hat man ca. 20-30 Minuten und mit der Bahn ca. 5-10 Minuten. Hinter dem Hotel stehen kostenlose Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Im ganzen Hotel (ausser den Zimmer) stank es nach Rauch. Das Hotelteam hatte meiner Meinung nach keine Freude bei der Arbeit. Das Zimmer war sehr gross und sehr modern (ausser das Bad). Das Bad ist aber völlig OK. Das Frühstücksbuffet konnte man für € 6.99 dazu buchen. Das Geschirr war leider schmutzig. Für paar Nächte reicht das Hotel aber.

Gemischtes Empfinden

Wir haben drei Nächte im Hotel verbracht. Davon war gerade Mal eine Ok für uns. Als wir am 1. Tag abends ins Hotel kamen, stand die Zimmertüre offen, obwohl wir diese vor dem Verlassen des Hotels geschlossen hatten. Es stellte sich raus, dass das Reinigungsteam das Ersetzen der Tücher noch nicht ausgeführt hatte und dies danach vergessen ging. Somit stand das Zimmer ab 14 Uhr offen. Wir hatten zum Glück ein Zimmer, wo die Türe nicht vom Treppenhaus gesehen werden konnte. Ebenfalls zum Glück waren unsere Wertsachen noch da, denn ein Safe hat es leider nicht um diese Dinge einzuschliessen. Am 2. Morgen/ 2.Tag waren wir etwas länger im Zimmer. Das Putzteam hatte bereits mit der Reinigung der anderen Zimmer begonnen, als wir das Hotel verliessen. Als wir ebenfalls Abends ins Zimmer kamen, haben wir festgestellt dass zwar jemand im Zimmer war (Licht war an, obwohl wir es aus gemacht hatten), aber weder das Bett gemacht noch sonst nichts gereinigt wurde. Dies war für uns sehr enttäuschend. Die Pluspunkte waren sicher das Frühstücksbuffet und das schnelle Handeln der Rezeption, als noch Handtücher fehlten. Für Personen auf der Durchreise, welche ein preiswertes Zimmer für 1-2 Nächte suchen ist dieses Hotel sicherlich eine gute Lösung. Wir hätten uns von Seite des Hotels ein kleines Entgegenkommen gewünscht nach diesen Vorkommnissen.

Sauberes Hotel mit Familienzimmer

Das Zimmer war sauber und die Betten bequem. Für den Preis war es absolut in Ordnung.
