- the key were given was not working to the first room offered to us - after we complained, we were given another room. Now the key was working, but the room was already taken, somebody sleeping in it! - after we complained about this, we were given a third room. This time the key worked and the room was, thank goodness, empty, but there were only one pillow, blanket and towel
