The room was clean and ok, but there were a few problems that spoiled the stay. When we arrived at 1:30am we had to sort out some missing items: there was only 1 towel for 2 people. The hand soap was empty and needed to be replaced. The amenities were lacking. There was no kettle or coffee machine. The pillows were very uncomfortable - one was very lumpy and one was very soft. This is not a 4* quality hotel.

Friendly hotel

The impression was spoiled by rain. The center go far enough, but back to the hotel was nice.

Schneller und freundlicher CheckIn. Kostenloses Upgrade erhalten. Zimmer ruhig, bis leider um 7:30 Uhr die Baustelle gegenüber in Betrieb ging. Wenn die nicht mehr ist, ist sicher alles top.

Sehr gepflegtes und sauberes Hotel in 5 Minuten Gehdistanz zum Signal Iduna Park. Freundliches Personal. Frühstück kostet extra, das Buffet ist aber was Auswahl und Qualität betrifft sehr gut. Beim nächsten Fussballwochenende in Dortmund werden wir wieder kommen!
