- Disliked: Room comfort
It just needs a serious facelift. It worn, didn’t enjoy my stay at all, because it was not comfortable. The lobby smelt and just looks old, the rooms looked worn, checked out and moved to another hotel after one night.

Outstanding
The helpfulness and cheerfullness of ALL your staff is beyond words. I can especially remember Marima and Madonna in the Gold Lounge. The hotel location is perfect and the condition of the rooms is impeccable.
