Not a 4 star for sure took staff are terrible

Took me 30 min to check in bear in mind I was the only one checking in and 3 staff on the areciption , and anothet 45 min to check out, i had to speak to 3 different staff to get it done. A terrible customer service . On the other side the room was big and had a sofa and office in it , old and basic furniture. Seems the owner hasn't invested any money in the hotel and doesn't care about the quality.

Minulta veloitettiin lisää rahaa vaikka maksoin huoneen hinnan veroineen. Kun tein check out, veloittivat 120dirhamia vaikka olin ne maksanut, Bookingin sivuilla sanottiin että hinta sisältää verot.

Henkilökunta hieman outo ja pyysin etukäteen (soittamalla), eri huoneen. Saavuin sinne asiasta ei edes tiedetty, olin todella pettynyt ettei tieto kulje. Jouduin lomailuni aikana käymään respassa n. 4 kertaa koska hyttikortit lakkaa toimimasta.

Très jolie hôtel , mais du laissé aller ,ascenseur en panne , porte de chambre ,accès souvent bloqué donc retour a l accueil pour réactiver. Déjeuner , tous les jours le même ,très répétitif ,tous les jours la même chose. Piscine , que dire ,minuscule,j allais me baigner a l hôtel de mon ami "media rotana". le personnel est super , a votre disposition, et toujours disponible, mais super séjour , Dubai est a voir , vraiment .

Wij hadden een kamer op de 7 e verdieping, wij hadden last van kamer er naast!!.heb dit gemeld en vervolgens kregen we een andere kamer op de zelfde verdieping maar helaas deze stonk naar sigaretten. onder het hotel bevindt zicht ook nog een disco, deze is open tot 03:00 AM, had 7 nachten last van geluid. deze hotel verdient geen 5 ster maar 3.5 ster.

Urlaub im November 2014

Das Zimmer und Bad geräumig und modern eingerichtet. Keine Minibar, wurden aber bei der Abreise gefragt ob wir was aus der Bar genommen hätten. Im Zimmer ein Kühlschrank vorhanden, es lag noch Käse und Honig vom Vorgänger, Kühlschrank war mangelhafter Hygiene. Haben vom Tag zum Tag weniger Handtücher bekommen, obwohl wir jeden Tag Trinkgeld gegeben haben. Hygiene auch im Bad mangelhaft, Tür von der Dusche lies sich nicht ganz schließen. Fön nicht anwendbar, zu heiß und zu stark
