The two bedroom apartment was spacious and fantastic. The breakfast in the mango tree restaurants was chaotic and very disappointing on our last day. The staff did not serve us at all.

We was under the impression that we booked the Hilton on the beach. We was in the one behind so had to go through the other hotel to get to the beach. The lifts in the Hilton the walk was very slow. Had to wait more than 5 min at times.

Very good stay! Great access to beach and pool. Staff are really friendly. Free parking and wifi. Breakfast was good. Apartment was very handy as we were a family. Let downs - lifts take ages and wanted early check in but didnt get so had to wait 5 hours for room.

Family Pick-me up

Disappointed with only two things. 1. Sea view room which was opposite a large screen on cinema wall, which was bright, flashing and loud 24 hours a day. 2. On 21st floor and had continuous noise from air conditioning units on main Hilton Hotel roof opposite our building.

They need more elevators

We spent a lot of time waiting for elevators! Also I should have read your small print more carefully. We weer expecting free internet access in the room but this was not so. Also we had to ask for (and eventually got) a room with a balcony. I'll be more careful next time. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Seemed genuinely pleased to see you and did all they could to help.

Residences were a fantastic base for our family

We arrived very late after a delayed flight and were upgraded to an apartment suite on the 40th floor. The staff were fantastic - warm and responsive. Our room was beautifully quiet, clean and spacious and the views were fantastic. Loved the bathroom products too. Just note that the internet is not free. The residences are connected by a walkway to the Hilton Hotel. Both buildings have well equipped gyms and a pool. Teh Skybar on the 10th floor is a great place to watch the sun go down and enjoy a romantic dinner or drink. Guys - no shorts in this bar. You will need trousers to get in and the staff will loan you a pair if you need them.

Dubai winter getaway

Stayed 3 nights at this hotel it's linked to the main Hilton on jumeirah beach ,the rooms are spacious And the the staff are great and your able to use all the Facilities at the main Hilton. There are plenty of restaurants on the walk and a cheap supermarket directly opposite Well recommended if you don't feel like paying the main hiltons room rates.
