This was our wedding anniversary holiday and the hotel and the staff made our stay a memorable one. Room was with a sea view as requested and as promised the Guest Relations and the Receptionist who checked us in made sure that the room was set up for our Anniversary. It was a surprise for my wife and the Receptionist made sure that it was kept as a surprise. Housekeeping, Room Service and the F&B team was an amazing team. They knew our needs and requirements. I would like to thank Lifeguard Philip the most, because my glasses which swept away in the sea was found by him luckily and he made sure next day he recognised me and handed my glasses. Other member of staff was: HSK: Tandin, Rajesh FO: Olga, Tashila FB: Yathu, Arun Resort Bar: Prakash Lifeguard: Philip Towel boy: Mohan Duty Manager: Walter & Cherelyn Guest Relations: Maryann Security: Binod All these staff members were exceptional and they made our every moment memorable and because of which we will visit and recommend the hotel to our friends. Only one suggestion we thought might be helpful. Me and my wife being from Hotel industry, we would like to suggest that Concierge head or concierge desk supervisor can do more rather then just passing the phone or directing to other department/s. The two bedroom apartment was spacious and fantastic. The breakfast in the mango tree restaurants was chaotic and very disappointing on our last day. The staff did not serve us at all.

We was under the impression that we booked the Hilton on the beach. We was in the one behind so had to go through the other hotel to get to the beach. The lifts in the Hilton the walk was very slow. Had to wait more than 5 min at times.

Very good stay! Great access to beach and pool. Staff are really friendly. Free parking and wifi. Breakfast was good. Apartment was very handy as we were a family. Let downs - lifts take ages and wanted early check in but didnt get so had to wait 5 hours for room.

Family Pick-me up

Disappointed with only two things. 1. Sea view room which was opposite a large screen on cinema wall, which was bright, flashing and loud 24 hours a day. 2. On 21st floor and had continuous noise from air conditioning units on main Hilton Hotel roof opposite our building.

They need more elevators

We spent a lot of time waiting for elevators! Also I should have read your small print more carefully. We weer expecting free internet access in the room but this was not so. Also we had to ask for (and eventually got) a room with a balcony. I'll be more careful next time. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Seemed genuinely pleased to see you and did all they could to help.
