The hotel was okay and everything is there. Despite far location at least this hotel does give free transportation to Dubai Mall twice day. Also metro station is not far only 5 minutes walk. This hotel has everything including swimming pool and gym.

The staff there were always very helpful and they were always smiling. Everywhere was always spotlessly clean despite the huge numbers of people constantly moving in and out. The efficiency of the breakfast team truly amazed me. They are doing a fantastic job. The breakfast itself was delicious, great variety and a lovely environment - I have only positive comments for this hotel - pls keep it up team you are doing a great job!

Hotel was partly unfinished and specially services were not working as expected for hotel with high standards. Too less uexperienced staff, hopefully it is getting better but unfortunately for me never again. I have a question regarding the invoice and only way to contact to hotel seems to be a phone or fax (who uses fax in these days anymore??), my question includes receipt which needs to send as an attachement but there is now way to send it through. Oh my god, so unprofessional or done on purpose to block the nasty questions, hope that someone in Hilton is reading this feedback.
