Room service cleaning was excellent.....staff friendly they go out there way to solve any problems you have.....free car parking with security underneath building is another excellent service park car straight to lift..in room....hotel not far from the beaches shops I would stay there again...nice hotel

Close to the tram

Very good experience the hotel is close to lot of places you can just take the metro which is not far at all. They have shuffle bus that takes you everywhere so you don’t need to pay for much .

ok, nothing special. does the job

as, above. somewhere to sleep that's not too expensive. staff quite friendly, but a bit clueless. whatever you do don't bother to ask for an iron. you'd be better off searching for the holy grail! On two separate trips they went into meltdown when I asked for one. breakfast was nice and good value. their '15 minute pledge' to sort any problems out is total rubbish. I would stay there again. it's a good cheap base and does what it says on the tin!

Very basic, yet cost saving

The hotel is average but has everything to spend a night. Rooms are tiny, but clean and neat. There are tea/coffee facilities there,hair drier and all the basic amenties. The hotel will offer a free wifi in the rooms but don`t count on it as the signal is so week that you won`t be able to use it. Overall it`s a good budget hotel to spent a night or two in the city and not to spend much money.

Good as a 'base'...

...especially if you are on your own and are keen on going to the beach and exploring Dubai, rather than staying in. There were coffee and tea making facilities in the room and fresh tea and bottles of mineral water were supplied daily, free of charge, which for me was important. Clean bed sheets and towels were supplied daily and the room was cleaned regularly. The TV could do with more channels and better-quality reception. The hotel is opposite the tube line, which some people may object to, but there was complete noise isolation, so one hardly notices.

Just a sleeping place in a good location

The service in the hotel is very low level. I would not give them 3 stars in any case. The only advantage of the hotel is the very good location (close to metro station, Jumeirah palm, Dubai Marina). The rooms are completely empty, there is no even a shelf for clothes. So overall I would say that this hotel is just like a place where you can sleep.

Je n’ai rien aimé. La chambre était mal nettoyée. Quand on rentrait de plage il y avait du sable partout qui n’avait pas été nettoyé. Manquait des serviettes de douche. On avait un peignoir pour deux également des pantoufles de bains. Pas d’aerations dans la chambre (fenêtre non disponible).

Cons: fenstern einbauen
Location: metro ist nicht weit
war 1 woche in dem hotel. für nur 3 sterne ist der hotel mehr als ok. team ist 1a . sehr zu empfehlen
