Good location, room unavailable upon arrival

Booked 4 nights, all paid in advance. Arrived at approx.12am, 1 of 2 rooms was unavailable. Hotel offered an alternative room in a hotel down the road, which was a 1* hotel. Ibis rectified the situation the next day and offered both rooms at 11am. Unnecessary stress to the start of a short break in Dubai. Paid-for rooms should be guaranteed upon arrival.

Stopover flying from London to Singapore. Short journey on subway from airport. Fine.

Good place to stay

I spent only 1 night in this hotel awaiting for another flight. Comfortable bed, good location , about 150-200m from Metro station.

Superb! I enjoyed the stay.

The hotel is centrally located and very convenient and sandwiched with 2 Metro stations to all locations in Dubai. Only 3 stops to Dubai International Airport! Fantastic. I am coming back with my family.

Dubai Escape

A good stay in a well organised, efficient and friendly hotel, ideally located in the heart of Deira. Good transport links to wider Dubai and the numerous shopping opportunities. Will do again.
