Dear Guest, Firstly, I would like to thank you for sharing your feedback following your recent visit at JA Palm Tree Court. I am however deeply saddened that your experience this time was not as pleasant as the previous ones. We have taken note of your comments regarding the toiletries which we have internally discussed. Regarding the JA rubber ducks, a decision was made to remove them due to our commitment to offer a plastic free and more sustainable environment for our guests. Our sustainability policy is mainly focusing on the development of Dubai’s Sustainable Tourism which requires hotel establishments to adhere to a set of requirements. As we support in such initiatives and since we are now recognized as Dubai’s Most Sustainable 5 star resort, we uphold this commitment every day to reduce as much plastic as possible.
