Great hotel.Needs updating

If want foam and not feather pillows check pillow has not ripped in half.Behind door in toilet never cleaned as same bits of toilet paper there every day .Drain had foam coming up ,when had plumber round said all ok.Drain stunk for rest of hol 25 days.Balcony not swept .Chairs outside i had to wash and turned towel black..Had on and off ants in room coming in from outside.Bed duvet also bit old inside the cover . Very expensive hotel for food and drink .Very very noisey. At first dreadful then went Peaceful slightly but towards end noisey again .could hear nightclub /bars .Hardy surprising as door at top had gap in .Rooms meant to be soundproofed.Every day at beach digging went on all day ,so no wonder i ended up with headache every day .Been before noticed standards had dropped i n a lot of areas.Buffet good selection only luke warm if not cold.No tours advertised or to book them anywhere. Not a lot of info in room, would come again if above all changed as liked beach ,but always thought of Thailand being a poor country and there is no comparsion ,thailand has much better quality in bedding ,staff uniforms, welcoming new clients JB is all non exsistant

Terrible construction noise

Pros: Leisure facilities
Cons: Staff service
Location: Great central Dubai location
Constant drilling noise all day in adjoining rooms. Ruined trip.

Dear M, I am very sorry to read that you could not enjoy your stay and that you had to bear with us and were inconvenienced on your stay this time. Rest assured we have informed all partners on the construction work carried out this summer and hope you understand that with the indoor and outdoor projects - we believe we will offer our valued guests a brand new experience and product with December 2017. Please do contact me directly if I can be of any assistance next year and hopefully you will consider coming back. Yours sincerely, Marianne Fitzgerald Hotel Manager

Great hotel with a pool and beach

Stayed here as part of our honeymoon and it was a great experience. We stayed in an Ocean Superior Room and everything about the room was amazing, the view of Burj Al Arab, the comfortable bed, the size of the room and the outstanding bathroom which has his and her sinks!

Fantastic November Get Away

After flying through the night to Dubai we were warmly greeted by reception staff and on hearing about our packed flight etc he said he would try and get our room ready straight away. So that was a really nice start to our holiday. We stayed 6 nites here and all the staff are lovely and will help you anyway they can. Even the room cleaners on seeing our herbal tea and coffee had run low topped us up with enough to last two weeks! Pool, beach, restaurants all superb. We'll definitely highly recommend and go back ourselves next year.

Fantastic Hotel!!!

Got back from the Jumeriah Beach Hotel at the end of September & can't wait to go back again. The customer service is next to none, the half board deal was fantastic, food was beautiful. The gym facilities are also world class, not everyones choice to visit the gym on holidays but definitely worth a visit if your staying at Jumeriah Beach Hotel. We don't have children but the kiddies club looked great. The Wild Wadi next door is worth a trip & with free admission, why not??The whole trip was flawless!!!!!

6 days at jumeirah beach hotel

We have stayed in all the jumeirah madinat hotels on the jumeirah beach. Our experience of the jumeirah beach hotel is definitly the worst of all out of this group. The hotel rooms are well outdated, the rooms are tired, the furniture is old and worn, the carpets had stains. The bathroom is well outdated. you would expect much better for £350 per night There is a renovation of the hotel rooms due soon, it certainly needs it. The hotel is only busy due to its perfect location, the service is not of a high standard. All the other jumeirah/madinat hotels are much better rooms wise. if you want great service stay at the grosvenor house.

Holiday to satisfy many family requirements

Service without fault. Enormous variety of cuisine. Facilities - Wild Wadi, gym, tennis courts and squash - even better than we had imagined.
