    I stayed at Millennium Central Downtown between January 10 and January 13 (3 nights). No toothpaste and toothbrush first nights. No adaptor for sockets. In the breakfast room two days in a row I was asked by stuff to proceed to the table selected by them, however when I returned back to table with my tray, it was occupied. What is stuff doing in the breakfast room then, if appointing tables to customers, but cannot follow up then? Heating air conditioning also was not working. I paid as for full breakfast on the last day for the lunch box, that had absolutely not fresh food. Also I had 2 reservations for me: Jan 10-11 and Jan 11-13. I confirmed by mail that I can stay in the same room. At the check in I reminded this. However on the next day (Jan 11) I was asked by lobby guy when I am checking out. I thought that was a single mistake and asked him to check, that my reservation is until Jan 13. However after that I received 2 (!) calls pushing me to check out and was asked by floor service to proceed to check out. That was disgusting: I had to go down and talk at reception again! Do something with your database!!! Don't make your clients feel that you want them to leave!!! I could understand that staff is busy and you have no free hands, that you may not follow all items in database, you cannot provide utilities to all rooms, if the hotel was not 4*. If you are 4* and you are requesting accommodation fees as for 4* then keep the necessary level of service!

    I made an error and booked twice for the same stay. The booking was used and paid for in full but The hotel made no concessions for the innocent error and still charged me for an additional 1 night stay on top of the 6 days we used and paid for. They were also advised whilst we were there that there was a mistake in the booking, but made no effort to amend it, Extremely disappointed and would not recommend any of their hotels again.

    Comfortable and Spacious Room

    Spacious bedroom, clean and comfortable.. Location was abt 15-20mins walk to Dubai Mall.. Staff attended to us were friendly and helpful..esp Ms Jennifer (at check-in)..
