Dubai trip

The hotel was nice,but the hotel could've been more better if the apartments were in the main building,rather being separate. The rooms were spacious and clean and the breakfast was divine.

Amazing hotel

I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. From the minute I arrived it was wonderful, the staff are amazing and the hotel is beautiful. The restaurants inside are fantastic and the rooms are perfect and room service was great. The pool on the roof is great and clean and again the staff are amazing. I wanted for nothing my whole time here and I would definitely go back.

Great Experience

Hotel looks great has a feel of class and style and in a good location. Metro station 20 min walk and bus station on the door step to explore the area. enough staff to cater for your needs to go the extra mile for you. Has a British bar and an Indian restaurant with live music great place to relax.

not much to like about this tacky hotel. Food is expensive, restaurants totally overcrowded, and rooms so badly constructed you can hear your neighbours every fart! Location is midfle if nowhere. Shop around you’ll do so much better for the same price in Dubai.

Das Hotel entspricht nicht dem heutigen Standard.

Pros: Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Cons: Möglichkeit die Zimmer zu lüften.
Location: Da Taxis relativ günstig sind, hat die Lage nicht eine dominierende Wichtigkeit.
Das Personal ist durchwegs sehr freundlich, jedoch nicht in allen Belangen kompetent. Besonders auch das Personal der Rezeption weist fachliche Mängel auf. Die Kommunikation zwischen Buchhaltung und Rezeption lässt viel zu wünschen übrig. Das Personal stammt überwiegend aus nicht englischsprechenden Ländern und ist teilweise schlecht verständlich. Der Frühstücks-Raum ist zu klein. Nicht alle Gäste finden zu den gefragtesten Zeiten einen Sitzplatz und müssen in der Lobby warten. Qualität des Frühstücks entspricht nicht einem 5-Sterne-Haus. Die Zimmer mit Sicht auf den Innenhof haben kein Tageslicht.

Tolles Hotel etwas ausserhalb der Skyline Dubais

Wir waren eine Woche im Mövenpick und uns würde jeder Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen. Das Personal ist einmalig toll. Das Frühstück ebenfalls.
