One of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. The staff went above and beyond in all aspects. They were extremely attentive and you certainly felt pampered every where you go in the hotel. Excellent restaurants, fantastic staff and a brilliant pool area. Will certainly want to be at shangri la again whenever we go back to Dubai. The hotel staff deserve a lot of praise for how they ensured we were looked after at all times!

Would not recommend this hotel for a family stay as their are very few amenities for kids. The staff however are a credit to the hotel and go out of their way to make you feel at home.

Nice hotel, great value for money & friendly staff. John the Housekeeper looked after us very much, I have 3 very messy kids and he was really good to us.
