One of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. The staff went above and beyond in all aspects. They were extremely attentive and you certainly felt pampered every where you go in the hotel. Excellent restaurants, fantastic staff and a brilliant pool area. Will certainly want to be at shangri la again whenever we go back to Dubai. The hotel staff deserve a lot of praise for how they ensured we were looked after at all times!

Good location for the first timer in Dubai. Nice hotel with spacious room facing Burj Khalifa. Yes, maybe not the most modern, but still very nice. EXCELLENT service! The whole staff, every one of them, from the first moment to the last and especially in the Horizon Executive lounge. We really felt ourselves welcome.
