good location, great rooms

5 days in Dubai, this hotel is great location with regular taxis passing by but walkable distance to the metro as well. The staff are more than helpful with anything you need help with. The only improvement would be a WiFi service in the room, currently only cable but there is wifi in the lobby area. Will use it again as good value for money inside the marina area of dubai.

with a balcony view over the water, this is very nice

Quite a distance from the centre of things but only a ten minute walk to the super metro system and access to shopping malls and the centre is good - much chepaer than using taxis. Also a ten minute walk to a pleasant public beach, but do ask directions as it's very easy when you know where you're going.

Etablissement très bien situé, mais ne méritant pas le nombre d'étoiles annoncées

Bien situé. 15 minutes à pieds de la plage, 10 minutes du train et 3 mins en voiture de l'entrée autoroute Dubai/Abu-Dhabi. Il y a un super-marché en face de l'hôtel. Attention, certaine chambres ont la vue sur un chantier non terminé et une Mosquée dont ces haut-parleurs diffusent à tue tête plusieurs fois par jour ( par exemple à 5 heures du matin) des prières. La piscine est petite mais offre une belle vue sur la Marina. Il y a qu'une dizaine de transats et 5 parasols ! : beaucoup trop peu pour cet établissement. Le petit-déjeuné est trop cher par rapport à ce qui est proposé (il n'y a même pas de pain), en revanche il est possible de déjeuner correctement dans des établissements au alentours. Le canapé lit pour une éventuel 3ème personne est de mauvaise qualité (n'est pas vraiment conçu pour dormir, petites lattes, matelas 5 cm d'épais etc.). Le wi-fi est gratuite, mais on ne peut pas connecter plusieurs appareils en même temps (ex: 3 portables et 2 tablettes).

lekker uitgerust

goede ervaring. we gaan dit graag aan te bevelen. de ligging is goed. en we konden er gratis parkeren. te voet naar het strand was goed te doen.

tres bon sejour

Personnel gentil et attentionné, bel hôtel avec une piscine qui donne sur un beau paysage. l hotel est situé pas loin du metro, endroit calme avec autour resto, salon de beauté, supermarché, une belle mosquée et distributeur argent.

Déception Générale de l'hôtel

Nous venons de rentrer d'une semaine de vacances à Dubai ou nous étions logé au Lotus Hotel Appartement Le Point Positif de cet hôtel est uniquement son emplacement : à la fois près de la plage (1/4 heure à pied) et de la Marina. Les points négatifs sont les suivants : A commencer par l'accueil qui est très moyen, ils sont peu souriants, ne parlent pas le français et ne font aucun effort.. Hormis le Monsieur de la piscine qui a toujours été très agréable. J'ai attendu plus d'1/2 le jour du départ pour obtenir une serviette de toilette afin de prendre une douche au SPA. Je devais avoir une vue sur la Marina, il n'y avait pas de place cela peut se comprendre si l'hôtel était complet mais à aucun moment il pouvait me dire à quelle date une chambre allait se libérer je crois sincèrement qu'une fois que le client a pris sa chambre de plus le fait de ne pas très bien parler l'anglais ça les arrangent et coupe fin à toutes conversations.. Pour les chambres le ménage laisse à désirer.. il y avait un balcon pas une seule fois il a été balayé ... Nous étions avec notre fille de 20 ans il était prévu qu'elle dorme dans un canapé lit mais le gros problème a été le matelas, il faisait 5 cm d'épaisseur pour une jeune femme de 20 ans sincèrement c'était très juste donc un confort plutôt moyen durant toute la semaine, de plus le lit n'était pas fait à notre arrivée (arrivée à 1h30 du matin) il ne s'agit pas d'un clic clac classique, i fallait retirer des planches de bois (nous avons trouvé ce système très archaique...). La piscine a une très jolie vue mais elle est très petite, il manque de transats très vite si il y a plus de 10 couples. A noter, qu'il se trouve près de la Mosquée : 4h30 tous les matins il y a l'appel à la prière cela ne dure pas très longtemps mais suffisant pour vous réveiller il faut le savoir. Au final je déconseille cet hôtel, je n'en garderai pas un très bon souvenir.

Empfehlenswert

Der Blick auf die Promenade und Skyline aus dem Zimmer mit einer grossen Terrasse ist ATEMBERAUBEND. Ein kleiner Pool ist vorhanden mit noch besserem Blick Auf die Skyline. Für mich selbst ist das die schönste und ruhigste Ecke von Dubai. Dubai ist schwer zu Fuss zu entdecken, meiner Meinung nach viel komplizierter als NYC, Taxis sind daher die besten Fortbewegungsmittel und zugleich recht günstig. Günstiger ist natürlich die Metro U Bahn, die vom diesen Hotel einwenig weit ist, also bestimmt 15 min. Hotel selber ist OK. wifi ist zwar gratis, doch wir hatten die ganze Zeit Verbindungsprobleme. Zimmer war super ausgestattet, doch roch einwenig nach Kanalisation. Man hat einen Herd, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher mit Nespresso Pulver, Waschmaschine usw.
