Its clean and friendly staff, the check in counter (Mustafa) was very helpfull and welcoming. I have been to this hotel for the 4th time and just wondering this was not recognised in your system, even a simple email cannot be answered before our arrival date. The hotel as a whole needs updating, have not seen anything new since the last time, airconditioning system is poor in room 1024 and had called engineers to fixed for about 4times. This was not picked up that we may have been considered to be moved to another room for instance. Food choices on breakfast has completed some customer palates i.e. Chinese, middle eastern, european, and how about southeast asian cuisine for example Filipino food choices? Furnitures needs updating too, cushions are worn out. Most of these are basics for hotel maintenance if I may say. Last year and this year for some reason the pool were on maintenace when we check in, not mentioned when we're booking this trip. You need some transparencies about any works to be done to avoid clients being dissapointment. I may not be considering to re-booking again with your hotel if it will be same and no changes to be done

Excellent location

The hotel was located within easy reach to most of Dubai attractions. Mall next door to the hotel, easy excess to the metro and best of all the sightseeing bus picks you up from outside the hotel. The staff were very helpful and Mastafa was outstanding. Keep up the good work👍👍
