The hotel is very nice and clean. The food selection and quality was excellent for a buffet. Only the service could be better organized so that each person has their own area. All the staff are very friendly and courteous. Special thanks to Gerald, you are doing a great job! We will certainly be happy to come back again.

Hôtel qui pourrait être très bien, qui a du potentiel mais quelquechose me laisse sur ma faim. Le ménage n’a pas été fait dans la chambre 1 jour alors que j’ai croisé du personnel en sortant et qu’ils m’ont dit que ça allait être fait. En parlant du personnel c’est très désagréable d’avoir l’impression d’être un portefeuille sur pattes et d’être harcelé à chaque fois que l’on passe devant un restaurant de l’hôtel ou d’être réveillé pour je ne sais quelle raison lorsque vous dormez sur un transat. Ils n’ont pas l’air de comprendre que l’on est en vacances et que l’on a juste envie d’être tranquille et de se reposer. Sinon la piscine est bien, la pseudo plage artificielle est un vulgaire canal qui ne vaut pas la peine. Bref pour moi ne vaut pas le prix demandé et je ne recommande pas cet hôtel. Sans être une catastrophe, je n’ai pas aimé mon séjour.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, das Frühstück ist lecker und die Auswahl gross. Am Strand und Pool hatte es immer freie Liegen. Es gibt ein Gratis Shuttle zur Mall of the Emirates. Negativ war nur das der Duschbrausehalter defekt war und es in der Umgebung nichts gibt. Am Strand keine Beautytermine buchen, ist nicht seriös.

Ausgezeichnetes Hotel, welches Gastfreundlichkeit, Sauberkeit und Service in den Vordergrund stellt. Bei Wünschen oder Nachfragen wurde einem im ganzen Hotel geholfen und es wurde immer versucht, den Wunsch vollumfänglich und rasch zu erfüllen. Das Essen im Restaurant ist sehr abwechslungsreich, frisch, gesund und jeder findet etwas schmackhaftes. Es gab jeden Abend einen Themenabend (Asiatisch, Mexikanisch, BBQ, Italienisch, etc.) und dennoch neben dem Themenabend noch weitere Speisen. Der Strandbereich ist gross und es benötigt (zum Glück) keine Reservation von Liegen, was daher auch nicht vorkommt. Die Liegen sind angenehm und werden jeden Abend gereinigt. Der Poolbereich inkl. Poolbar ist ebenfalls schön und es gibt jeden Mittag/Nachmittag eine alkoholfreie Happyhour. Der Weg vom Hotel zum "Festland" (JBR, Emirates Mall, etc.) dauert ca. 20 Minuten und es stehen offizielle Taxis vor dem Hotel zur Verfügung. Die Kosten der Taxis sind sehr fair. Das Hotel kann definitiv weiterempfohlen werden und wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen.
