Good location central

Good location central to city centre excellent for coach bus links to airport. Restaurants theatre and cinema all 2 minutes walk . Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Bar drinks /snacks a bit expensive . Only downside was the sensor lighting in hallway kept illuminating room under door perhaps some brush guards at bottom of doors would alleviate the feeling of being in a disco overnight

Great Central Location for Dublin Stay

Pros: The friendly reception staff
Cons: Another hair dryer in the main room The breakfast coffee wasn't very nice. Could do with a pod machine or one that dispenses nice americano type coffe
Location: It was very central and just a few minutes walk from all the shops and some attractions. Its just a few minutes walk to the Aircoach stops
The hotel location was excellent as it was only a short walk to all the shops and tourist areas to see. It was also just a few minutes walk from the Aircoach service from the airport which was excellent. The return stop was also very convenient as it was just across the road from the drop off point. The room was adequate although bearing in mind its going to be used by a family it could benefit from another hair dryer in the main room as there was just one in the bathroom. The reception staff seemed very helpful but the restaurant staff didn't seem to give us much of a clue about the breakfast routine.

Excellent location

Pros: Everything
Location: Airport bus dropped us off on the corner almost outside the door. Tour bus stopped outside. A short walk from Temple Bar and shops.
Stayed 3 nights for short pre Christmas break. Staff very friendly and helpful. Did not ear in the hotel so cannot comment on the food. Beds very comfy and despite being in a busy street we heard no noise at night, even with the window open. Will definitely stay there for my next trip to Dublin

Fantastic location

Pros: Friendly staff, great location.
Cons: If I had to choose something it would be the technology in the room (TV, kettle)
Perfect place to stay if you want to get the most out of Dublin. The hotel is located pretty much on the main strip of Dublin town centre, great for touring, shopping & night life. Adjacent to the hotel is a bar called the living room, this place was always busy with great entertainment!

Very central. Airport drop off and pickup nearby.

Pros: Central location.
Cons: Twenty four hour reception facilities as stated in hotel information. If staff have to leave reception desk, no reason why telephone cannot be taken
Location: Central location with hop on/off bus outside door.
Check in very efficient. Room adequate, clean with basic facilities including ironing board and tea/coffee facilities. Hotel information stated 24 hour reception facilities. NOT TRUE. About 0320 hours on Tuesday, 8th November, there was a 'Domestic Dispute' in the corridor outside our room -345. I telephoned Reception to report the disturbance, but after the call had not been answered after five minutes, gave up and put the covers over my head. I am not one to complain, hence the reason I did no go moaning to staff in the mornig. It does however beg the question, what was the reception staff doing and what would have been the responce should there have been a 'real' emergency.

Lovely, clean rooms. Comfortable beds.

Couldn't of asked for more. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location was excellent. Just a 10 minute walk from temple bar area. I would definitely recommend to a friend and I would also have no second thoughts about staying here again. 5*
