Good Central location

Location: Central Dublin - if you can't find something to entertain you then you are very hard to please!
I was generally pleased with the location and the hotel which had very few faults except the extremely economical use of space in the single room I occupied.

Nice hotel, good location.

Theres a few bits I could niggle about, but overall I was happy with our stay. We had to pay €20 late check out charge because we got held up and couldn’t get back the hotel, we had budgeted all of our money, so this left us a bit short on our last day, but I guess it was our fault. Though if they weren’t desperate for the room, don’t really know what the harm was. But nevermind. I had pre arranged for the hotel to put towel swans and rose petals on the bed for our arrival, but they checked us in early on arrival. About 11.30am I think, so they didn’t have it, which was ok. We were offered to change rooms because we had really bad tv signal. But we were tired and had already unpacked so stayed put. The room was just fine. The only thing that would have been nice is a fridge, I did enquire on arrival but the hotel doesn’t have fridges in any of the rooms. When booking, I compared prices between hotels vs location and this one came out reasonable for it’s location, I would definitely stay again, but now I know the city better, I’d probably stay out of the centre and get somewhere (and excuse me for sounding snobby- which I’m not) a little posher, but for the same price The noise from the nightclub didn’t really bother us. We were so exhausted when we went to bed, we fell asleep with the tv on. Our room was right in the middle of the hotel on the first floor, our room was right down a swirl of corridors. Fag butts in the courtyard outside our window were a bit grim.

Superb location off O'Connell Street. Lovely hotel with friendly staff and good facilities. Only downside for me was it's a bit noisy with deliveries, buses and coaches when you have a room at the front of the hotel. Despite that we had a fabulous time and have no problem in recommending this hotel and would stay there again.

Nice hotel in city centre

Pros: The security and how clean the hotel was.
Cons: The T.V its not the best picture and not many channels
Location: The Hotel is right in the centre of Dublin and right near O'Connell street which is full of bars and shops.
Excellent, the staff were really friendly and even checked us in at 9am which was great. The bar area is clean and very relaxing.

Great hotel for all

Great stay. Have used this hotel for the last 7 years and have never had a bad stay here. First year as a family with our little one and again nothing was any trouble. Emailed ahead for a travel cot for the room and this was ready when we checked in. Great stay and would recommend to all. TopTip- but the all you can eat breakfast before the morning it’s cheaper and the breakfast is great.
