I stayed at this property for two days. Check-in was good and smooth. I requested two keys on check-in, but one promptly failed. The assigned room had one issue with the bathroom door opening itself slowly whenever closed, so I had to move to another room on the next day. The new room had a different problem with the window blinds not fully tucked behind its guide rails, so light was leaking through. However, this was a minor problem so I did not report it to reception.
Reception has been very busy in the morning on both days, and managed to drop my toiletry request, so I did not think it would be relevant to raise the issues further.
One other issue I had was with the WiFi (Captive Portal) setup. I would have preferred a normal encrypted WiFi network with no Captive Portal, as it interfered with the Mail app on iOS.
In general, the property seems to be in good condition (as it is quite new), and reception staff are quite professional and friendly. Cleanliness is top notch. There are issues with tracking and fulfilling requests during busy hours, and WiFi access needs work. However, I am sure these rough edges will be smoothed out in the near future.
