Lovely big room, clean and spacious. Staff were second to none, very friendly and accommodating. Restaurant was first class (a little expensive but very tasty). Would definitely stay again!

Fabulous hotel within easy reach of all the sites

Lovely hotel ideally placed for all sites but far enough away from the centre to ensure a good nights sleep. Trams to the centre stop outside and the airport bus opposite if you want to walk to the centre it takes about 30 mins. Great breakfast at a reasonable price lovely friendly staff nice rooms. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent location

The Ashling Hotel was used for a weekend couple break. It is excellent for the Dublins transport network. The 747 bus @ €6.00 single will see you either too or from the airport in an hour. The city tram has 2 stops with 200metres of the hotel front door and the railway station @ Heuston is within the same distance. It was a short walk to the Guinness storehouse and the breakfast @ €12.50 / person was great with a wide selection of hot / cold foods. The rooms were clean and well supplied with tea / coffee. The only downside was that our double superior room has a view of the back of another part of the hotel and didn't warrant the extra we paid. Also noticed they have parking on site but I didn't use this. All in all a great hotel... Friendly staff and well positioned for the Transport Network. 9/10.
