Nice hotel

Only thing i can complain about we paid for excutive room which was meant to be a king size bed with a sofa bed for 2 adults 2 kids and we were giving a large double room only and when we said, we were giving single beds instead of the room we ordered. Staff were ok . There were 2 fellas that brought the beds one was lovely the other was very unfriendly. Didnt speak atal, didnt even answer the children. Kids loved the swimming pool the girl in there was lovely and helpful. Girl in housekeeping was lovely also. Park could do with updating for younger children .

pull out bed

Pull out bed not made up, no sheets or blankets. So long waiting for them to be brought up we fell asleep. Bar menu poor, bar food poor. Explained to reception next morning no compensation.

Kids had a ball

Great hotel, well located for shopping without having to travel to city centre. The kids loved the movie night and pool

Comfortable easily accessible hotel

I had a very enjoyable one night stay with my husband and our 2.5 year old daughter. We had a very comfortable clean room with all the usual facilities. The hotel itself is quite large but staff were very helpful. We dined in Gusto restaurant and had a very pleasant experience including the chef coming out to check our nut allergic daughter was completely looked after, this was much appreciated. Good size swimming pool with kiddies pool which was warmly welcomed. Nice and clean with spacious changing areas. The hotel is easily accessible, the only negative is that it costs €6 to park overnight. Not a problem generally but the car park is so far away from reception I had to use a €50 note to pay. My own fault but just not something I would have been thinking about in advance. Overall we had a wonderfully relaxing stay, felt very well looked after and enjoyed a little night of luxury.

Loved the room and staff ,

Pros: The room was great
Cons: Breakfast
Location: Liffey valley shopping center was within walking distance from the hotel
Stayed in the executive room , very modern and clean , staff were lovely , breakfast was poor with the selection and also just having the basic tea and coffee , other guests also complained
