Hello, I am sorry to read that you experienced a smell of smoke which is totally not allowed or acceptable in our Hotel and we apologize for this. Unfortunately due to the current government guidelines we are not permitted to send staff members to guest rooms after check in for room servicing but we do provide amenities and room items on request as stated on the new COVID19 information pack given on arrival.
