Dreaming about some R&R before our early morning flight and after a long month at the office we decided to book this hotel. The minute we arrived we were greeted by screaming teenagers attending a school formal, so much so we could not hear the lady at the check in desk. We were given a room on the 7th floor and could hear the beats of the disco pumping into all hours. No sleep. We had to get up and head to the airport for 5:30am. The bus is supposed to run every 20 minutes, but there is no timetable, i.e. It doesn't run every 20 mins and you are left waiting outside in the cold. Not good. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to relax before a trip. Book any other airport hotel or stay in your car!

Exhausting stay

Hotel staff were quite rude, gave us false information regarding breakfast to our room. The noise throughout the night was shocking, we were not aware their was building going on in this hotel. And finally it was way too hot! Will Never again stay in this hotel... Bad experience!!

Excellent Hotel.

A great hotel. Lovely room well matained. Comfortable double bed and a single bed as well. Bathroom was great. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Only thing I could fault is the distance it is from the city centre. €23 to the city Temple bar area. Would definitely stay here again.

No Wake Up call => Missed our flight. Cost: £180.

Cons: The wake-up call system.
I booked a wake-up call with the front-desk at ~23:00Hrs, to be called at 04:45 Hrs. No wake-up call was made to our room. We missed our flights & had to book new flights at a total additional cost of £180. I will book at the Radisson next time. It's nearer to the airport anyway.

Convenient to airport -good facilities and staff.

Pros: Staff and location
Cons: Bed linen and pillows could have been better.
Location: Not sure.
Stayed overnight before a trip to Canada. Good hotel, food was nice and staff very good. Shuttle bus in the morning was ok for us and we have no complaints.
