Nice hotel, friendly staff

Nice hotel, room facilities were excellent, unfortunately with doors banging all night and loud people walking up and down the corridor most of the night, it did spoil it for us. People really need to be a bit more considerate.

Nice hotel

Only thing i can complain about we paid for excutive room which was meant to be a king size bed with a sofa bed for 2 adults 2 kids and we were giving a large double room only and when we said, we were giving single beds instead of the room we ordered. Staff were ok . There were 2 fellas that brought the beds one was lovely the other was very unfriendly. Didnt speak atal, didnt even answer the children. Kids loved the swimming pool the girl in there was lovely and helpful. Girl in housekeeping was lovely also. Park could do with updating for younger children .

pull out bed

Pull out bed not made up, no sheets or blankets. So long waiting for them to be brought up we fell asleep. Bar menu poor, bar food poor. Explained to reception next morning no compensation.

Kids had a ball

Great hotel, well located for shopping without having to travel to city centre. The kids loved the movie night and pool
