It was perfect.

It was just perfect. We got upgraded to the deluxe floor which had fruit, baked items and fresh flavoured water at all times and it just made our stay that much better. The shower was great and the beds made for pure comfort. Nice views and fast and easy check in.

Dated and poor

This hotel never met my expectations. Upon arrival our room had a bad smell,, then tried to charge us twice,, staff were quite rude,, and I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel.

Weekend in Dublin

Very pleasant stay at the Hilton. A little away from the city centre but it only took 15 minutes to walk and there are bikes to hire just outside. Very quiet. Extremely helpful staff.

Unable to sleep due to noise

We got no sleep on the Saturday night .. due to noise coming from the room next door. We checked out on the Sunday morning feeling tired and very disappointed with our stay. The main reason we booked the Hilton Hotel was to get a night's sleep. We recorded this complaint but have not heard from the hotel since despite they having our Home Address, Mobile and Landline Telephone Numbers and email address. This unfortunately rates Overall Experience,Staff, Value for money and room comfort as not good and we will not be recommending or returning.(An explanation/apology might have changed this).

Comfortable,clean and welcoming

We spent two nights in this hotel... the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable... good pillows and soft towels. The breakfast buffet provided a wide choice. The hotel was located conveniently to access the town centre and attractions... but was in a peaceful area.

Varma valinta

Hotelli ehkä hieman "korvessa",mutta aivan vierestä pääsee raitiovaunulla keskustaan helposti.Palvelu varsin mutkattoman asiallista,johon suomalainen tottunut.Huoneen koko reilu,sijainti viereisen kanaalin suuntaan mainio,jos tykkää katsella paikallista elämää.Äänieristys ulkoa melko vaatimaton.
