Great service as usual, I got upgraded to a room with a balcony and complimentary breakfast, which was great, lots of selection of hot and cold food. Beautifully decorated hotel and very clean, great location and although it can be a bit noisy from the street and surrounding bars and clubs outside, once the window is closed it’s very quiet, I had no trouble sleeping at all! I would definitely stay again!

Salmon lunch meal was a little bit over salted. The service was excellent though, with very helpful staff members.

This hotel is really amazing, it really has a 5* feel and the staff can’t do enough to help. It’s in a really good location near shopping and transport points. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Lovely hotel.....Near noisy nightclubs. Near beautiful peaceful gardens. Bus stop for airport 5 min walk away. Some hotel staff great others unfortunately not. Food at breakfast & dinner fabulous however let down by the waiter allocated to our table at dinner .....all other waiters/waitresses were ok. Bed comfortable but let down by plastic type backing on mattress protector which caused night sweats for us. Room was spacious and toiletries of good quality.

Positives - excellent location, very good breakfast, lovely evening meal, comfortable room + after the waiter had spilt an oily liquid on my trousers the manager arranged to have them dry cleaned, quickly and this was well done. Negatives - staff - very pushy waiter kept asking us for a drink order when we sat in the lounge: evening meal waiter showed little empathy or experience - never offered to replenish water, brought a main course for one party member which had the sauce poured over, even though he had been asked for the sauce to be separate; receptionist asked me to authorise my card when we arrived - 5 hours later my card was not accepted in the restaurant - fortunately the receptionist was still on duty BUT she repeatedly insisted that I had never had my card authorised, even when I told her exactly what she had said and what I had done 2 other receptionists stood and watched this lady repeatedly tell me that I was wrong - ; I had booked 2 rooms so later I went back and asked receptionist to check if she had perhaps attached my authorisation to the second room, which was occupied by a relative; she checked and found she had attached my original authorisationto the second room despite her insistence that I had not authorised my card. At this point, guess what, she said "sorry" In total we were a party of 8. One couple had difficulty sleeping because of persistent street noise ( people arguing) the night - she was told by management that this was not possible

Stayed 2 nights over the holiday weekend in May. Staff were so friendly. Flight was early morning and we headed to hotel to drop our bags as check in wasn’t until 3 however the hotel had a room available for us. Room deco is fab and beds are so comfortable. Bathroom top class. Location is great too. Only a short walk from St. Stephens Green Will definitely be back l

Questionable environmental credentials

Cons: Add a mirror light switch to all the rooms
Nice new hotel however very environmentally inefficient. All the lights are left on after the room was serviced and the mirror light can never be switched off.
