Staff were really nice and the hotel was spotless.Nice,quiet area as well. Only thing that left me disappointed was the selection at breakfast.3 choices of cereal,scones or croissants and tea or coffee was as basic as it comes and 7am to 9am is abit early to be having/finishing breakfast as well!

The well-situated hotel

Pros: It was the neatness and tidiness of the place that struck us. there didn't seem to be an inch of space not in use. The staff too were very helpful.
Cons: Maybe the dining room could have higher chairs.
Location: The location is excellent, esp for rail travellers. There's oceans of things to do and places to see only a few bus stops away in central Dublin.
We arrived from Limerick by train and found the hotel's situation admirably suited to our purposes. In spite of arriving a bit early (13.30 hrs) the staff kindly kept our luggage stored for us, which allowed us to visit a relative in hospital without having to bring the cases with us. On our return we were shown to our room, which was small but adequate, and we slept well, with little to disturb us. We were surprised to be told that breakfast was not included in the price of the on-line offer by which we originally booked the room. But the info may have been there in the small print and we didn't spot it. Anyway, we're not making any fuss about it here. The staff kindly looked after our luggage for us on the following day also, which gave us time to see Dublin before taking the train back to Limerick.

Friendly staff, comfortable room, close to city centre and reasonably priced, don't expect the Ritz but I would stay here again.

nice hotel good location for transport links

Pros: friendly staff, room was better than we expected, would stay there again for our next trip to Dublin
Cons: nothing
Location: great location for our requirements
Good value for money, would highly recommend, we enjoyed our stay there and will be going back to stay there on our next trip to Dublin.

Friendly budget hotel

Location: Location is well suited for most things bus routes and tram. Although no parking anyway nearby if your travelling by car.
Staff were amazing very helpful and friendly. Although the hotel is very dated/tired rooms so dated. Water stains on ceiling grout coming out of bathroom floor. Constant shower dripping. And a toilet next to a huge window in the bathroom.
