Close To Everything

Pros: Spacious and modern.
Cons: The bathroom could be bigger and would expect 2 bathrooms in a 2 bed apartment.
Location: 10 minutes from Temple Bar and Guinness factory
Four of us stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment (room 38) for 1 night in September. Very pleasant staff on the reception. Lovely spacious and comfortable apartment. Large living room and kitchen. Very big comfortable double beds in each room. My only criticism would be there's only 1 quite small bathroom with no shelves and the shower's a bit tricky to work out. We were on the 4th floor so really quiet and right next to the lift. Temple Bar is a 10 minute walk and the Guinness factory is also a 10 minute walk the other way. Would highly recommend The Brazen Head pub 2 minutes around the corner from apartment. Nice atmosphere and drinks. Overall, you won't be disappointed if you stay here especially if you get a good price as we did!

Great weekend break

The hotel was in a central location close to locations for site seeing as well as the centre of Dublin. The apartment was spacious and rooms very comfortable. Although we did not use the kitchen or washing facilities they would be great for a family who were spending longer at the apartment. Overall great weekend! We will be going on other its breaks and will look at using Stay city again!

Very large apartment. Two good size bedrooms twin beds that could be clipped together if needed. Good size kitchen living room with everything you could need including dishwasher . Everything was very clean. Staff very helpful, only downside the soaf bed smelt of cigarette smoke when I slept on it. Everything was in walking distance, but we enjoy walking, there was a regular bus service that ran along the end of the road. Overall very happy with our stay.

Good apartments but shame about the road noise

The hotel had a different check in time than E bookers my confirmation said 14:00 and they said 15:00 which needs to be clarified. Great location, good kitchen facilities, comfy beds. The room we stayed in was not quiet, we could hear all the street traffic and people talking outside which echoed, this is the only real issue we had.

Great location

The apartments we stayed in were in great condition, they were brand new and very clean.. Both included all amenities necessary for a long stay (such as a fridge, toaster, kettle, oven) and were really close to the city centre - a 10min walk from Temple Bar, Grafton St. The twin rooms in the bedroom were comfortable, but unfortunately the sofa bed in the living room of the first apt was broken and the shower had very little water pressure. We complained and the next day they put us in a much nicer apt, with a decent sofa bed and shower. I was given a terrible single bed as a replacement for the broken sofa bed on the first night. But they did waive the parking space fee (€28) after I gave them some feedback when I checked out, which was a nice and in my view necessary gesture, given the inconvenience All things considered, they need to work on a few issues and shouldn't be putting people in apts with broken beds, but they did apologise for it and offered some form of compensation. Based on this, I would still recommend the apts to anyone looking for a short or long stay in Dublin, just make sure you check everything is in working order when tou check in!

great location, beautiful and great service

The first room we were placed in was very beautiful and comfortable but the sofa bed was absolutely horrible. Additionally the shower was really weak (really really weak and clogged). After the first night we asked for a different room so that the fifth person would have a bed to sleep in as the rest of us had a good night rest. They gave us a key to move into the bedroom next door but that sofa bed was even worse (huge stain and food found inside!) We left for our day and hoped they would repair the sofa bed in the current room. When we got back we were given the key to move into the larger apartment so that the fifth person could get a proper bed to sleep in. The bathroom was very nice in this apartment - so that was better. This apartment was really nice but the beds were really bad in this apartment. Overall we were happy that we all had an equal bed to sleep in! The location is ideal. 3 blocks to temple bar. 3 blocks to Guinness and Jameson. SO NICE! the oldest pub in Ireland is around the corner - literally! Yes they provided us with not an ideal apartment but they made an effort to fix that and theres nothing more as a guest you can ask for. OVerall if there is five of you don't get the 5-bedroom apartment - get three bedroom and a two bedroom apartment. Sofa bed is horrible.

Mixed Feelings

The location is perfect being quiet but only a few minutes walk from the city centre and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and it was nice having a family room to congregate in rather than just having hotel bedrooms to meet in. However, it was let down on cleanliness, the tv was inch thick in dust, the bedroom carpets were badly stained and a number of lights did not work on arrival, but were soon fixed. There were also large areas of damage on the walls which had not been repaired. Noise from adjoining rooms was also quite high, the walls being paper thin. It felt like staying in student accommodation if I am honest. I have no real beef with that if that is how it is portrayed, but my apartment could never honestly be called 'luxury'. I was disappointed.
