Fantastic Staff & perfect location

Pros: The team, comfortable beds & location
Cons: The bathrooms are very tired compared to the rest of the hotel
Location: Temple Bar is a stone throw away with numerous bars & restaurants. The hop on, hop off bus is a 5 min walk away to allow you to explore Dublin.
We stayed at this hotel during a trip to celebrate my son & step daughters 21st birthdays. Even before our arrival Brid, FOH Manager was so helpful. I sent cards to be put in the rooms for my son & step daughter which Brid said she would sort out. On our arrival we were checked in with great ease by Brid. She managed to get two of the three rooms ready almost immediately as we arrived at 8.30am & a cheeky wave of the cards under the reception desk that I had sent ahead when the kids were not watching was fab, true Irish wit. The cards were in the room along side a Happy Birthday card & chocolates for them both from the hotel, they were thrilled! The hotel rooms were clean, beds very comfortable. At check in Brid had said that she would put myself & my partner in a quieter room, perfect. The location is perfect as it is a 2 minute walk from Temple bar square. Yes it is a little noisy at the front of the hotel as my step daughter found out but the hotel is very aware of the surrounding late night noise & even supplies guests with ear plugs, what a great little touch. During our stay all of the team were fantastic. We will stay next time we are in Dublin... Excellent guest care, thank you especially to Brid.

Good hotel in a busy area. Looking at the others nearby this one is up there. Great staff and a generous checkout time is 12:00, just enough to clear the hangover!

Ideal Location

Pros: Location
Location: Ideal location, walking distance to a lot of tourist locations.
Ideal location but room was small but very clean. Noise during the night and in the morning is a disappointment as you can't get a good nights sleep even with the ear plugs!! Staff were very courteous & helpful.

Excellent location!

Clean and comfortable in the heart of the bars and clubs. A little noisy at night time but that is the trade off for being so centrally located!
