Great location
Its in a great location. 15 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from the old town. The actual room is out dated. It’s like going back to the 70s. Handles falling off cupboards. The shower was minute. Couldn’t swing a mouse let alone a cat. The couple looking after the premises were nice but couldn’t speak a word of English so we used hand gestures. Srebrenno and Mlini beach on your doorstep

For the price and proximity to the beach, it was really great value for money. Some small communication issues and the wifi didn't work in the room, but as we were only staying for one night this was not an issue. Most importantly there was functioning AC :)

Lovely location just 10 minutes from the beach and restaurants - straight down the steps and across the road. The bus stop is just down the steps on the same side of the road as the property which will take u to Dubrovnik (number 10 bus) and takes about 20 minutes. It will take you to the main bus station but dont go all that way if you want to go to Grad (old city.) There is an ATM by the bus stop too. Property was clean and attractive. Nice owners - one of them spoke English. All very friendly. Would definitely stay here again. It is a little difficult to find if you dont know where it is though so Isuggest maybe taking the airport transfer like I did.
