This hotel is in a good location for getting the tram to Altstadt and arriving from the airport by train. I recommend factoring in the cost of 24-hour or 48-hour passes for the transport system to cover the duration of a stay here. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. The room was cleaned every day and we had no problems with its cleanliness. The breakfast offering was wonderfully varied and the staff made sure we got the type of coffee we wanted without having to ask. There are bars and restaurants nearby but they are sparse and you will need to head to Altstadt or another area for a better selection. Overall, we had no problems but felt confident that if we had any then they would have been handled well by the staff.

Super lieber Empfang und freundliche Bedienung/Service! Das war mein dritter Aufenthalt dort und ich würde jederzeit wieder buchen… Die Altstadt ist fußläufig weiter entfernt, aber da kann man ja alternativ die Bahn nutzen. Wir sind gerne gelaufen - bei bestem Wetter! Die Badezimmer haben eine gute Größe und uns gefällt, dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher farbig und nicht weiß sind. Das macht die Unterkunft optisch direkt freundlicher. Das Frühstück ist einfach toll und der Kaffee/Cappuccino etc wird an den Tisch gebracht! Super Service!

Es war sauber, das Bett war konfortabel, Wasserkocher und Teeauswahl ganz gut. Das Badezimmer war in einem sehr guten Zustand. Aber das Fruehstueck war unvergesslich. Soviel im Sortiment, zum ersten Mal esse ich Spargel zum Fruehstueck! Die Bedienung war wunderbar: Alle haben sich echt Muehe gegeben, jeden Wunsch zu erfuellen. Nichts Negatives zu berichten.

Das Frühstück ist toll, eine riesige Auswahl an frischen, Bio Produkten. Es wurde kein Wunsch offen gelassen. 35 verschiedene z T selbstgemachte Marmeladen! Für Müslifans alles zum Selbermachen. Selbst gebackenes Brot, tolles Obst und vieles mehr. Kann mit jedem vier und auch fünf Sterne Hotel beim Frühstück mithalten. Zimmer sind klein aber zweckmäßig.

Tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Habe das Hotel spontan reserviert und bin sehr begeistert. Würde ich immer wieder nehmen. Mit dem Taxi ist man für 10,- Euro in der City. Parkplätze auf der Straße genügend zur Verfügung. Ausstattung und Einrichtung gut. Frühstück muss toll sein, hatte ich aber nicht. Personal sehr nett.

Toller Aufenthalt mit super Service

Tolles Hotel! Wir hatten das Glück auch noch ein kostenfreies Upgrade des Zimmers zu bekommen! Das Personal ist total freundlich und das Frühstück ist super! Auch den Fitnessraum haben wir genutzt und für gut empfunden ;-)! Die S Bahn hält direkt vor der Tür! Gerne wieder!
